Get outside!

One of the best tips against spring fatigue, but also against sleep disorders is almost a classic:

Be physically active, especially outdoors.

But why? Firstly: Physical exertion is good for your blood pressure. Secondly: The gentle rays of the sun tickle our serotonin level, which is responsible for the feeling of happiness. The more sunlight we get, the better, because the melatonin concentration also drops – and that makes us sleepy. As long as our face and hands remain uncovered during outdoor exercise, we can recharge our batteries: the skin can produce vitamin D3 from sunlight with the help of UV-B radiation. And that gives you plenty of power!
